What we sell
Our products are handmade in small batches for personal use. Shade, sheen, and feel can look a little different in person than they do on a screen or in a photo. That is the nature of small-batch color, not a defect.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicine. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed professional.

Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices and available shipping or pickup options are shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

Returns
Returns and exchanges follow our Returns and refund policy. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.

Your account and reviews
Please keep your information accurate. Kind, honest reviews are welcome. Do not post anyone else’s private information, or content you do not have the right to share.

Our work
Photos, formulas, names, and wording on this site belong to Elm and Company LLC. Please don’t copy them for your own shop or listings.

If something goes wrong
If an order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days with photos. We will replace it or refund it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elm and Company LLC is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our products or site. Our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to new orders.
