Refund policy

Your happiness with your order matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help.

You’re welcome to return or exchange unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, we aren’t able to take it back. We also can’t accept returns of part of a set or bundle.

Please email us before you send anything back. We’ll share the return address and walk you through the next step.

Pack the items gently in their original box when you can, or wrap them so they travel safely. Slip a copy of your receipt inside. Return shipping is on you, so please keep your tracking number. We can’t be responsible if a return is lost or stolen on the way to us.

When your package arrives, we’ll look it over with care. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the product total to your original payment method. The original shipping charge isn’t included. Most refunds appear within about 10 days after we approve them.
